Owner, Project Manager

Lance oversees the development of the project from start to finish.  His background includes twenty-five years of experience in commercial and residential construction with accountability for projects up to two million dollars.  Responsibilities have included total coordination and operation of construction projects including writing and processing contracts, scheduling, purchasing, estimating, and maintaining owner and architect relations.  Projects have included custom homes and renovations, restaurants, coffee shops, schools, shopping centers, metal buildings, and various zoo projects in the states of Tennessee, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, South Carolina and Indiana, California and New York.

Office Manager, Accounting

Vanessa offers twenty-five years of experience in various fields of commercial & residential construction. She is responsible for overall accounting functions, including month end billing preparation, job cost analysis, payroll, taxes and insurance.

Drafter

Brooklyn works as an in house drafter using computer-aided design to produce and submit drawings for permit. She offers experience producing concept and schematic design drawings and various options for our clients, analyzing product data, interior design and space planning.
