1) Explain Your Vision

Join us for a cup of coffee and tell us about your project. We want to know all about   your ideas, what you like, and what you don’t. We’ll discuss your budget and your timeframe. We will also give you design ideas and explore all the possibilities of what your project could be.


2) Design

From past experience, we often find that individuals have pictures and good ideas,   but have difficulty putting them on paper. In the design phase, we will fully develop   those ideas through concept drawings. Next, we will bring it all together into a full set   of working drawings through helping you work with your chosen architect, assisting   you by recommending an architect, or working with our in-house drafters.


3) Estimate and Contract

Once we have a plan in place, we can provide you with a more accurate estimate. If   the project is over budget, we will provide cost saving ideas to stay within your CAP.  Once we have your approval and a signed contract, we’re ready to proceed to our   next phase.


4) Construction

We’ll oversee the entire construction process from breaking ground to handing you the keys. Our construction management team will do our utmost to ensure your project stays on time and within budget.
